For any music related services, mlcreativedesign will provide:

• 2 personalized performance CDs
• 2 personalized practice CDs
• Costume ideas (must be requested in advance and can be provided at extra cost)
• (If more CDs are needed, they can be provided at extra cost)

The receiving party must comply with the following policies:

• The receiving party must always use the provided CDs for any practice or performance where a CD is used
• The receiving party is not to disclose any music information without permission for selections provided by mlcreativedesign
